"PAPA A LA HUANCAINA"
馃挍 Is one of the most popular and representative gastronomic products of Peru!! 馃憤
It can be consumed as a starter or as a main dish.
This exquisite dish has its origins in the city of Huancayo, department of Junin. The elaboration of this dish consists of preparing a sauce that contains milk, soda crackers, white cheese and yellow chili in a blender.
Next step, the Huancaina cream is poured into yellow potatoes, finally decorating with lettuce and an olive. It is served on slices of cooked potatoes, which in turn rest on a lettuce leaf. For its presentation, sliced hard-boiled egg and black botija olives are added.
The huancaina potato cream, or huancaina sauce, can serve as a base for other main dishes.
-In many coastal cities it is usually served as an accompaniment to red noodles, the huancaina sauce gives a delicious flavor to the combination with these dishes.
-People usually accompany the huancaina sauce with rice dishes (such as rice with chicken), which have chicken and vegetables together, it is very delicious.
-You can add some cooked ingredients such as: cabbage, corn or cooked eggs, all this together with the huancaina potato.

For breakfast, I usually have some bread and eggs and a cup of coffee.
I sometimes have some cereal with yogurt or milk too.馃崬馃嵆
For lunch, I usually eat rice with
chicken or beef, accompanied with beans and with their salad, I always have a
glass of lemonade to drink.馃嵈馃崥
For dinner, I often have some red
noodles with tomato sauce or sometimes I order delibery of pizza or hamburgers, me
and my family eat two slices of pizza each and sometimes have a glass of fruit juice or soda pop.馃崟馃崝
